http://scrapsis.blogspot.com/2005_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 27, 2005. OMG, what a long and exhausting weekend. We had a booth (and a class and a crop and a make 'n' take) at the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook Expo in Glendale. Took weeks to prepare, ordering stuff, picking out fixtures, renting a truck (thanks Taira! And all the MOVING and SETUP Friday (thanks Pop) and Saturday and Sunday. Tuesday, May 08, 2007. This year.what can I say? It seems like we were hoping too hard that this year would be better, less financial problems, less health problems for Evan, get back on track, etc. But life threw us a major curve ball this year. (Not sure about the baseball analogy). Working on getting Evan ready for school in the fall. Planning summer activities for him. Working on my new web site, " Scrap Getaway. Brain Dump: July 2013
http://scrapsis.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 11, 2013. Well of course, they have an app for this! Wow, I can't believe I still have access to this! I was thinking about blogging again only to have a place to post creative ideas and possibly do the Tim Holtz tags. I totally got caught up in reading old posts, had a good cry, too. So many memories. So lately I've been inspired by Mixed Media, Art Journalling, and as always, Tim Holtz. Working at Michaels, and having that store discount helps! I really should put it all in one place.

Tuesday, April 25, 2006. CK Convention Chills and Thrills. I had tons of fun at the convention! The first day was some cool classes, then lots of fun at the Crop with Joni, Mom, and Taira. And who could forget Kim Kesti's. Saturday I had a hard time getting excited about more classes, but my first one was taught by Laurie Stamas. Which is why I took it). Way cool book using Junkitz Salsa collection! She totally embarrassed me showing it to the class! Hangin' out with Making Memories. Also got to catch up...

Friday, November 11, 2005. Don't wanna be an American Idiot.and other random thoughts. Wow Who woulda thought I would like KARAOKE? I've made fun of it for years! But it's strangely addicting. Here's a summary of our "show" last night at Gallagher's:. Taira - Mack the Knife. Alana - American Idiot. Both - Save a horse, ride a cowboy! Both - Deadbeat Club. Taira - Last Dance. I was really channeling Erika on the Big and Rich! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Adopt your own virtual pet! My Scrappin' Sister Taira.

Friday, January 26, 2007. So now I am ready to plan the Circle Journal. I want to add a "where are they now" theme, we could each do 2 pages (or a double page spread) THEN.and NOW. THEN being our favorite memories about the store, how we met and got involved in each others lives, NOW being what we have done since the store closed. I hope everyone still wants to do this! Anyone want to meet at Sluggo's Friday night? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Adopt your own virtual pet! Puzzle Pirates (my new obsession).
