Want to know what I'm doing? Ok.... Yesterday started my maymester… - nighthawk postcards

What kind of pie? May 18th, 2010. Want to know what I'm doing? Ok Yesterday started my maymester - I'm taking one class for three weeks. The class is about the technical stuff that happens behind the scenes at a library, like acquisitions, processing, etc. It's my favorite library work so far. After this three-week class, I have three more classes for the summer, but I can't be bothered to think of what they are right now. I have 9 (maybe 8) days of work left at my job and then it's sayonara!

Student Sententia: Fall 2009 Edition - What he wrote. December 23rd, 2009. 10:30 am - Student Sententia: Fall 2009 Edition. 15 The prize for "most tortured analogy":. Carpenters and millers have no natural rivalry in the medieval economy- akin to crocodiles and falcons, they occupy separate niches and thus have no cause to begrudge the other any profit. The case of Summoners and Friars is very different, more akin to lions and other lions with a slightly different hunting style.". 13 A minimalist effort:.

He's actually not that bad most of the time, but some of the time. Oy. He's testing boundaries and being defiant and all that good stuff. What's working for you guys? View my Tags page. http://may2008.livejournal.com/380201.html
Babies Due in May 2008. Mar 29th, 2010 at 2:35 PM. Is it too early (tacky) to send out Save the Dates for Natalie's birthday party? I'm planning on having it 5/16 - the week after her birthday because her birthday falls on Mother's Day. After a few hardcore BOY parties, I'm ready to start having fun girly parties for my little princess. 3 comments Leave a comment. Mar 29th, 2010 06:38 pm (UTC). I don't think it's too early. Go for it! Mar 29th, 2010 08:44 pm (UTC). Mar 30th, 2010 01:54 am (UTC).

Babies Due in May 2008. I think I'm getting the terrible two's early :/. Dec 31st, 2009 at 3:16 PM. Jake has been refusing to nap. He throws a full on, hitting, kicking, back arching, screaming, crying fit. Yesterday it lasted for a solid 2 hours, with additional outbreaks off and on all night until he finally passed out at 8pm. I've tried not trying to get him to nap at all. I've tried getting him to nap earlier or later. Tried wearing him out in the morning. 6 comments Leave a comment. Henry stopped na...

Wed, May. 26th, 2010, 09:45 pm. There's either a lot I'm not remembering about my first pregnancy, or this one is fairly different. I feel like I'm a lot bigger then I was at this same point with the first. There are very long stretches many times through-out the day in which I feel like I am being constantly kicked. By long I mean 30-45 minutes of fairly regular movement. I don't remember nearly this much movement from Mia. Thu, May. 27th, 2010 01:21 pm (UTC). Thu, May. 27th, 2010 01:44 pm (UTC). Thu, M...

Mon, Nov. 15th, 2010, 09:22 pm. I am going to attempt to keep track of how many books I read for 1 year using goodreads.com. I often read books so quickly that I forget to add them to my list, so I think I need to start sitting down and adding everything to my to-read list as soon as I can after I get home from the library. At least then it will be easy for me to go back through and look at the descriptions to help me figure out which ones I did read and change the status. I also know that the Harry Pott...

I do love a bad documentary. - What he wrote. March 9th, 2010. 08:10 am - I do love a bad documentary. Having now scoured my eyeballs (though not, tragically, my mind), I can say with some little authority: fuck all kinds of you, History Channel. In the interest of getting on with my day, I'll limit myself here to just five moments in The Plague that made me want to scream out my pain and agony and then track down the writer and director to make them suffer as I have suffered. FIVE MOMENTS IN THE PLAGUE.
