Potential Cost for Gestational Surrogate. Legal Fees: (Can be significant lower if used a pre-written contract). 1750 child legal fees. 790 court filing fees. 500 Start of meds. 750 Embryo Transfer fee. 300 Life insurance policy. 450 per week of lost wages (approximate after disability insurance). Experienced Surrogate $10,000 additional. Monthly allowance for prescription meds, bridge toll, gas, long distance phone calls, etc. One Month Bed Rest. Medical Insurance $300/month (auto pay on credit card).
