Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Kay Bennett from the Baptist Friendship House (BFH). In New Orleans, LA will be speaking at Refresh on Wednesday, March 23. The BFH is a transitional shelter for homeless women and children. It is also a community center which ministers to the needs of individuals living in and around the French Quarter. We will be collecting the following items that will meet some of their biggest needs. Gift cards (Walmart and Lowes). Disposable plates and cups. Thank you for your help!

Thursday, December 16, 2010. When: Saturday, January 15, 2011 - 7am to 8pm. Where: Baptist Friendship House, New Orleans, LA. Cost: Money for dinner on way back home. Participate in a ministry project at the Baptist Friendship House (BFH). In New Orleans. The BFH. We will leave the church at 7:00 am and will return around 8:00 pm that evening. We will stop for dinner on the way home. Space is limited, so you must sign up. There is no cost for the trip, but we will provide the food for lunch.
