Men don't need an epidural when they get hit in the balls! I'd say giving birth, but then, i'm a girl, and i don't have balls. No one can really answer 'cause no one has both. And you don't say whether you're altering your diet either. Try like 150 a night if you want it in 3weeks. No ive tried 100 crunches a night for 1 month and it still doesnt work. well i have a 2 pack. if that counts. :S. However, instead of blood, it was a light brown discharge, that wasn't in my panties, just on the toilet paper.
