On The Job Training. Donate to the Boutique. The Dressing Room is a free service that supplies participants with proper clothing and accessories for job interviews. Each participant receives two interview outfits and other items needed to prepare for an interview. The dressing room serves over 200 people a year, providing over 1000 pieces of clothing. On The Job Training. Donate to the Boutique. Sort and hang interview clothing in the Dressing Room. Transport clothing to other agencies in Ithaca. Provide computer tutoring or assistance during computer classes. Organize fundraisers, special events and clothing drives. Help at the Mary Durham Boutique; the retail training program and gently used clothing boutique. Create and distribute marketing and publicity materials. Do practice job interviews with job seekers. Become a board member.
