Prenatal care is holistic and family-centered. Intimate partners and siblings are welcome. The initial visit may take two hours to get acquainted, review your medical/family medical history and to perform a physical exam. Clients may borrow a binder full of information regarding prenatal self-care, birth suggestions, postpartum care, parenting and self-nurturing. This is returned at the 6-week postpartum visit. I birthed my four now adult daughters at home, and have been midwife to my eldest as she birthed my four granddaughters at home. This attests to my trust in birth and to my trust that our bodies are well-designed to give birth. Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) Recognized by the World Health Organization. Master’s in Psychology (MA). I love my work, deeply and passionately. We feel that it is a blessing and an honor to share the journey of pregnancy and birth. Each one is a miracle.
