Thoughts from the White Board. Wong Lives1.0 Archive. Saturday, February 28, 2015. Perhaps the clock is broken. If it's noon and it's dark, then that is one possibility. Or a solar eclipse provides some level of darkness. Or you've fallen down a mining shaft. Or maybe the easiest one - closed eyes while indoors. perhaps in a closet to add that extra touch of real inky blackness at noontime? But none of these refer specifically to the reasoning behind today's book review book title. Darkness at Noon.

http://wonglives-bookreviews.blogspot.com/2015/05/book-review-monk.html
Thoughts from the White Board. Wong Lives1.0 Archive. Wednesday, May 13, 2015. Book Review: The Monk. From the book’s cover:. Well, I can see why people read The Monk. Back when it was written in the late 18th century. When Lewis was on, he was really on. Very exciting, and probably pretty shocking in its time. Heck, The Monk. Was still pretty heated in places, even for contemporary reading. I kept wondering if the titular monk was gonna "ravish" the young woman his lustful eyes finally lock on to. Remin...
