在接近5字开头大关，给了自己一个任务。。。参加了尼泊尔何兰谱健行之旅，8天在山上健行抵达3690m高点。参加这个健行不是为了要证明什么或是要挑战什么，单纯只是想给自己一个机会去体验，我的目的地不是高点和终点，我享受过程。在这过程中我得到了很多也感受了很多，不管是友谊，鼓励和扶持，更重要的是那份无价的回忆。坦白说过程真的是很辛苦，完全超出我的极限。但在健行结束后我心里却是满满的感动，那是无法用文字形容得来的.
