TO THE CORNER AND BACK.day 1. Its been a while since I have reported on a big trip but just a few days ago I wandered in the door from another epic trip. Was trying to think of a name for the trip because there was only three guys and their rigs- which sounds a bit odd but it is what it is, or it was what it was. Another day and another post. This time it isn't about 4wding, camping or related articles. At the beginning of the year I was after another challenge as I had a heap of spare time and a void in my life. I considered going back to the gym as I had done years ago, but upon thinking about it I couldn't think of anything more boring and routine. Probably the best way to explain what crossfit is all about is to check out the links below. Thanks to Chris, and his team for their motivation night after night.

TO THE CORNER AND BACK.day 2. Back to the trip —— our plan was to camp here and explore the local sights today that included the Narrabri Telescopes just down the road, before heading further west to Pilliga ( 60km westward ) to await for Steve that afternoon. There are 6 x 22 metre telescopes here on the site, as well as an information centre, 90 odd old dish’s all looped around the property and some hands on display pieces. This is always a great. Well summer has finally hit and to get away from the tourist crowds we decided to hit local spot Friday Creek, or as the kids call it- The Rock Slide. Just 20 mins out of Coffs hidden in amonst pristine rain forest, lies a creek that cuts its way through the Coffs hinterland.
