There are three I's in 'Team Ilnicki.' This blog is about the third one. Monday, January 2, 2012. Twas the Week before Christmas. We spent the week before Christmas at Grandma Debi and Grandpa Joe Ficaretta's house in Saratoga Springs. They were, as usual, prepared with ways to keep our busy little guy occupied. Emmett's aunts/Andrew's sisters, Bridget and Elise, ages 16 and 18, both work at the Children's Museum of Saratoga where we spent a great afternoon. Santa is on his way! Sunday, January 1, 2012.

N&PP were nice enough to stay with Emmett for a night so that we could go out and do some more birthday celebrating. Yes, it was a solid month of birthday celebrations, which ended with an evening at the Richmond Symphony. The kitchen tiling project very nearly precluded our ability to get out for the night, but we pulled it together with minutes to spare! Just enough fun...

There are three I's in 'Team Ilnicki.' This blog is about the third one. Friday, May 4, 2012. We have a 3 year old! Here are some pictures from the big day. The big PARTY is tomorrow. :) We have passed along the cards and well wishes, which we are all grateful for. This morning we took him to his 3 year checkup, and he is 40 inches tall and 38.5lbs. Still somehow in the mid-90's for both of his percentiles, which is hard to believe. Here he is 'eating his birthday' as he likes to say:.

There are three I's in 'Team Ilnicki.' This blog is about the third one. Friday, May 6, 2011. This afternoon, we took Emmett for his 2 year checkup! I wasn't shocked at how old he was until I just now typed ".took Emmett for his 3-month checkup" - yikes. :). 32lbs 8oz (92nd percentile). Afterwards, we took him out for ice cream (fro yo) which he enjoyed immensely. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Even MORE pics of E. Feet looking less like potatoes as time goes on :(. Jumping on the chair = picture time is over!
