http://www.wordpainter-onthebackburner.blogspot.com/2008/01/quality-of-light-2.html

On the back burner. Wednesday, January 23, 2008. Quality of Light (2). In winter my waking precedes the light. So I can watch for it, witness its birth. Swaddled in night clothes, I squeeze a warm little island from the nippy night air, while, nose to window, I wait. Toward the horizon, the darkness is pierced here and there by sharp electrical insinuations, encapsulated puddles of light gently bobbing in a night sea. It’s never totally dark here, and never totally quiet. Quality of Light (2).

On the back burner. Wednesday, January 30, 2008. You You’re in my bones. You startle and surprise me,. All Goliath, all cat. Through my window eyes. What have you seen? Consumed by fire, you travel the planet. As smoke and ash, circling in. Ever tightening orbits,. Arriving unbidden on wind. In full face your. And I see you, hear you, in unexpected. Places, your smile shines out. Of stranger’s faces. Yet, wretchedly. Have you chosen to inhabit me, is this. Your haunting, then? Place, no sanctuary.

On the back burner. Wednesday, January 23, 2008. Quality of Light (1). Speckled like a fawn and just as new, the morning pours through the door, unsolicited. Crickets still celebrate, though their song is more subtle, more like tin than the silver song of night. Wily wrens circle the bird feeder, light, peck and fly off relishing our contribution to their daily bread . our morning offering. It scatters forest shadows about, dragging the outside in. Everything in order, everything from enormous to miniscu...

Wednesday, January 23, 2008. 8220;I’m not exactly sure how to start.” Libby lowered her voice, inching her wine glass closer as she waited for the waiter to vacate the area. 8220;Well, it’s clear that something is upsetting you.” she put down her menu and studied her best friend’s face. “When was the last time we had lunch, anyway. must be 6 months? I thought you were too swamped at work for this sort of thing.”. 8220;I took the day .”. 8220;Libby, do you hear what you’re saying?

PREM RAWAT - Words Of Peace - Excerpts from talks given worldwide ...

WordPaint.com – Quotes from Prem Rawat’s International Events . Prem Rawat speaks about inner peace. Since his early childhood, he has been informing human beings about the possibility of fulfillment in this lifetime. His message is not tied to race, religion or culture. He simply reminds people of their own innate thirst, and their own inner oasis that can quench that thirst. Besides mere words and concepts, Prem Rawat offers people the tools that can transform this possibility into a reality.

Kathie Sutherland Life Story Guide | Writing your way to self-understanding

Kathie Sutherland Life Story Guide. Writing your way to self-understanding. Holding On and Letting Go. September 1, 2013. I’ve held on to my dream for a long, long time: the dream of a business that inspires me to get up in the morning, one that takes into account my values, my skills, my gifts and my hopes for individuals and the world. My dream becomes clearer when I observe who I am. 8221; I have to let go of my grip on what seems to be the thing, and pick up my shovel. Hiking the Inner Landscape.

July 27, 2015. The 2 am Self. Author Martha Beck calls the selves the ‘wild child’, the ‘dictator’ and the ‘contemplative self’. But, like most creative outlets, it also has a dark side – the side that, for a while, gives in to fear and uncertainty about how the talk with th...
