Behind the wood dwell the best listeners…bar none! Drinks, Discussions, Death Threats. June 4, 2012. One of the difficulties involved in bartending is figuring out someone’s alcohol limit. When it comes right down to it, bartenders really want you to have a great night (sans puke, headache, and dangerous behaviour), and we also need to protect ourselves, the interests of the bar, and everyone else that is around!
