The campaign team of the All Progressives Congress found a new constituency in Ghana, which houses a large number of Nigerian nationals. According to reports from Borno State, the Boko Haram insurgents are being repelled by soldiers from gaining entrance into Biu town.One resident, Kaka Ali, told newsmen that the insurgents arrived early Wednesday through the southern part of the town, and moved to take over the army barracks there.
