Thursday, July 14, 2011. I jumped my first fence ever last night. It was quite thrilling! It was just a little cross rail, but it was my first time. I was a bit apprehensive about jumping, but my instructor did an excellent job of preparing us in ground work, so that when the time came it was easy breezy over the first rails. I love riding and was not enjoying class as much as usual with the prospect of having to jump looming over. Well, the day finally came, and it was awesome! Tuesday, July 5, 2011.

Tuesday, May 3, 2011. It's Begun.TICK SEASON. So GROSS! Growing up we played in the yard, the woods, the tall grass in the fields, and at the edge of the woods all day, and I never had one tick, ever. Now it seems just going into the front yard of anyone's house requires a full body scan to detect those nasty buggers! I'm glad it was crawling on my arm and not trying to imbed itself in anyplace the sun don't shine, if you know what I mean. I still have the creepy crawlies! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, November 10, 2010. Ok so I got really really sick and tired of making rag quilts for the craft fair so I decided to make car seat canopies. Ive got 16 made so far and my goal is 30 by next week. So here are a few of the ones Ive gotten done. The orange one is my absolute favorite. They all have minky on the back and are cute cotton on the front. Just wanted to say thanks to my cousin Ashley for giving me the measurements and also the idea of adding washers in the corners. So, so cute!

Thursday, May 14, 2009. Ryan's Done and We're Moving to Utah! Ryan finished his Clinicals on May 1st so he will be graduating next weekend. Good Job Babe! And for those of you who don't know he has accepted a job with Walgreens in Vernal Utah, so were moving back around the end of June beg. of July. The Barn is Done! For the last two months at work we have been working on our school barn because Campbell's Soup gave us a grant. And now its finally done! And this is the school pond that I rebuilt for days:.
