On a positive note I saw more bands on shift than off we had a perfect review of the main stage from our position and other than the rain then boiling sun thing we had going on I really enjoyed my shifts. Getting the job done anywhere, anyhow. Tuesday, January 10, 2012. Testing some farmer carry bars knocked up from pipe and threaded rod, easy to make and brutally effective. I combined the farmer carry with a heavy pull (dragging my ute) and the end result feels something similar too a very heavy deadlift.
