Portrait of my daughter. Posted September 1, 2010. The painting that really inspired me to continue was a portrait of my daughter. Painting from the heart I was able to capture one of her more serious, introspective moments. All too aware that she is growing up so quickly I want to capture aspects of her personality as often as possible.

Then I “sketched” the image onto the canvas, using a fine brush and MORE. This post currently has no responses. Austria visit featured painting sessions with Michael Fuchs. Portrait of my daughter.

Every picture tells a story. Posted May 2, 2014. In many ways, it was a lousy photo: grainy, poorly lit, and the most unflattering portrait angle, shot from below. But none of that mattered. Finally, we had an image for the phenomenon everyone’s been talking about for a year: Rob Ford with crack pipe in hand. Look, he’s smoking crack, in his sister’s basement. Maybe he just stopped by on his way home from the mayor’s office. What a sad moment for the city of Toronto. For $10,000, the Globe got something ...
