This is where I record my journey as I work toward fitness. Wednesday, August 15, 2012. I lost about 2 more lbs last week, so a total of about 6 now! I am actually really surprised about this, because I was expecting the scale to stay about the same while I was starting to build some muscle with my workouts, so I'm pretty happy with loosing 6 lbs in the first 3 weeks! I'm feeling stronger and healthier, and it's fun to be able to up my weights almost every week in my workouts! Weight loss while nursing.
