Sophie made me a couple of little books. One is a decorative book made with fabric and foam that says "I love you." The other is a working little notebook that has a pineapple on the cover. Very cute! My Ethan gave me the present I asked him for - he cleaned his room! Yes it took him all day Saturday, but he did it! Wednesday, November 12, 2014.

I am sure people forget how demanding an infant is. That though they are portable people the logistics of taking them out of the house are challenging. Even when a child has reached the one-year-old mark there are still diapers to check and shoes and socks to put on and a coat to wrangle. Respect the sanctity of the home, people! Mavis has been so excited for a new sibling and specifically that her new sibling will be a sister that she has barely been able to contain herself. She wants to share everything with her sister. My belly has never been so loved, kissed, squeezed, hugged or talked to. I am sincerely grateful that no one else has decided to show so much affection to my belly! It has happened. Then.Mavis saw that this long-awaited flannel is PURPLE and green. WHAAAAAAT? I don't want purple on my bed! American Fork, UT.

It is such a fabulous lesson for our family, watching these bees work so hard in preparation for winter.
