The program will be offered in several off-campus sites as well such as other areas in Chicago and Suburbs, each program has its own program number approved by the Illinois Department of Health, Nurse Aide Training Division as well as Illinois State Board of Education. Upon successful completion of the Program, the individual is eligible to take the State of Illinois Nursing Assistant Competency Examination. 80% proficiency must be acquired on each written test.
