I find that since my clothes have been squished in my bag all day sitting in their own sweat, by the time I hang them up to dry, they have a bit of a smell to them. December 28, 2016. Hydrate, hydate, hydrate. You will never catch me without a bottle of water in my gym bag. I drink as much as I can throughout the day, especially when I finish teaching a class. Since I teach cycling every day, I’ve become more and more aware of how I need to properly fuel body, especially right before class. I find that if I have a few pieces of dried fruit (usually my go to is dried apricots) twenty minutes before I teach, the simple carbs give me a nice little boost of energy.
