Rules for February Gym Challenge. All Step Ups must completed as per standard event rules. You may rest at any time, but the split must only be recorded after your CTF Burpees have been completed and after your 1 minute recovery. Use approximately 12 inches for the distance of the feet to cover on the Alternate Squat Thrust. Dumbbell Thrusters, squat with dumbbells at shoulder height then, push up from the heels, to full extention, make sure hips are forward. Enter your results by logging in to WGC.

All you need for this gym challenge is a stopwatch. Men 2 x 10 kg. Women 2 x 4 kg. Complete this challenge without recovery. Record the splits after each circuit and enter them into your personal folders. If your gym is a subscriber to WGC, they can run this challenge for all their members and create a in house Leader Board at their gym. They can also publish results live into the results board. Its all about recovery . This challenge is completed as a maximum effort. Each stage will push you to the very limits of maximum intensity. You then have 1 minute to recover.
