So I finally watched Interstellar, which investigates space and time, and I fail to understand how I manage to have too much of the former while too little of the latter (but the 3-D wormhole was cool). 3XX days to go. Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Weekly recap, a bit late. Does writing help fuel running? If not, I will still enjoy the reminiscing later. So, January 15-January 21: 32 miles, longest run: 12 miles. But now I'm starting to get back into the zone :). But isn't silence also an important lesson? 3XX days to go. Monday, August 31, 2015. It's going to be a fine day. Soon, not quite yet. But it's a few degrees cooler these days. The lows are around 23 C and the highs around 35.I hope this means that the worst of summer is over. I was told that August would be the worst month, and it's almost gone! Still, I'm desperately craving a day like two Thursdays ago, something that doesn't get much above 30. I need a break. Whatever, only 10 weeks or maybe 13-14 to go.maybe only 8? 3XX days to go. Saturday, November 29, 2014. I've lost track, but there was a tempo run and a couple of 1:45 runs this week at least. The tempo run was in a gym- I'm now a member of the fitness centre at work! Friday, November 21, 2014. Tues: just a walk. I couldn't tear myself out of bed. Thurs: 75 min jog with the dogs. TIRED. 3XX days to go. Tuesday, September 29, 2015. My last run ever. Actually, I'm being dramatic. I'm sad because I've wasted some nice cool weather, and disappointed that I couldn't keep up running until the end, but I have to take a break. Maybe if things feel and seem better, I'll try a short test jog, but ego seems to be the predominating beneficiary these days, and there are other dogs to feed. My last run for a while. Six weeks of elliptical perhaps and then umpteen weeks of? Very boring blog probably.

Day 168, September 18, 2012. I woke up pretty early. My knees were tight and locked. Sometimes I will go to sleep with something under them to keep them slightly bent, but I was so tired the night before that I honestly didnt remember to. But I needed more PPE today: I think I got a little drop of peracetic acid above the glove line.whatever it was, it got me pumped up, along with the little annoyances of daily life, which were a little more annoying today than usual. 3XX days to go. Saturday, July 30, 2016. I ran yesterday thanks to a bit of a break in the weather and in the night. I had the kid/stroller and the dog, it was warm (about 26 C, pretty much like every morning nowadays, but less humid), and there was no joy in it.
