Pack your neuro bag. August 18, 2008. I discussed this morning with the Medicine chair and assistant regarding my thoughts on aspiration and how Heather and I think it could improve mortality. My question is will this lead to greater morbidity and disabled persons that would be surviving? It could be good to do an informational thing for nurses and training for the sip test. The CT scan has been broken, causing me to rely solely on my knowledge base (which really needs to grow). For what ever reason we only saw 6 patients (one with epsitaxis; one with meningoencephalitis, 2 patients w/ CHF; meningitis w/ pulm TB and finally a gastric cancer). We caught a cab (again wasn’t hard to catch) to the Falls and arrived around 7:30am. We started out where all things should begin at the visitor’s center. Pack your neuro bag. August 14, 2008. So it isn’t the most original title, but hey I couldn’t resist! Then we bought some water and found a cab. Okay so the cab (like every other time) found us. I think the 100,000 people are located in cabs since there is never a short supply. They are blue, small and with out seatbelts.
