How to open oysters. 1- Rinse and brush the shell! 2- Take the oyster into your left hand with its “bolt” next to you! 3- Place the point of your knife between the 2 shells at the right of the red point(image)! The red point symbolizes the muscle of the oyster, that keeps the 2 shells together. 4 Insert the point of the knife between the 2 shells of the oyster! 5- Apply a rotary movement with the blade while trying to reach the red point!
