Mt Shasta (Horse camp) hike. After my decision to summit Mt Shasta. I went on a scout hike to the mountain. Interesting to note that the lowest elevation in Shasta is the highest elevation in grand canyon. After a 5. 5 hour drive, I reached the bunny flat trailhead. The snow had covered the entire trail. This is the first time, I am on a trek where there is no visible trail. Thanks to my handy dandy gps, I was able to start my hike, it took a little adjusting to hike with a heavy backpack (36 pounds).

Why Vaccine controversy cannot be ended by government. Parents are afraid that vaccines might increase the chance of autism. But the medical world assures that it does not. As I see around the internet, the pro vaccine side is really ignorant about the anti-vacciners. They ridicule, shame and question the intelligence of anti-vacciners. Most of the comments are like this. A doctor knows more that you. You did not study in medical school for x years. Do you think you are more qualified than a doctor?

We dont own our body. The conventional thought is that I own my body. its my body. If it was our body, we should know how it does what it does right? If we didnt know immediately, we should be able to command our guts to reveal how it operates. But we cannot. My point of view is that our body is lorry and we are only the drivers. The driver doesnt know how the engine operates. He doesnt know whats in the cargo to the finer details. All he has to do is move the lorry from point A to point B.
