Well things started out great today and I was actually leading for the first two miles. Once I hit the hill at mile 2.5 though, things started to go down-hill (figuratively speaking of course). First Joe passed me, then some other dude passed me and some mom right after him. I was starting to feel like shit and by mile 10 I had bonked out! Posted by Chris Sanders at 18:16. A tear in my left peroneous tertious tendon where it inserts into my metatarsal has put me out this last month. I'm hoping to start training once again, FINALLY, the 1st week of April! I'm flying down to Costa Rica for my next race the 2nd week of May and then I'll be back in the states for the Bolder Boulder. Posted by Chris Sanders at 09:44. Links to this post. UW Track and XC.

Notify Blogger about objectionable content. What does this mean? Saturday, November 05, 2005. Heart Center of the Rockies 10K. A chaotic, freezing-ass, cluster fuck would perfectly describe the start of this poorly thought-out benefit race. The. I ran the enti. Oddly enough, about a mile into the race the snow let up and the wind died down. The rest of the race would have been great had I been able to tell where the course. Overall I finished with a time of 39:50 something. The results. Posted by Chris S...

Many times a simple choice can prove to be essential even though it often might appear inconseqnetial. Thursday, February 23, 2006. More than anything, I'm just psyching myself out and have and now face a bit of writer's block. With any luck, I may get around to writing (and liking) this post after all. Many times a simple choice can prove to be essential even though it often might appear inconseqnetial. Saturday, December 17, 2005. Reflections on a Saturday Afternoon. Most recent post, I felt compelled to write about my own experiences with the healthcare professionals that have played a significant role in my life. I’ve put a decent amount of thought into how exactly I should go about writing this post. But I don’t’ want to sound like a complete schmuck either, so I’ve been putting it off. He told me ...

Many times a simple choice can prove to be essential even though it often might appear inconseqnetial. Friday, June 30, 2006. It’s About Friggin’ Time. Friday. It’s finally here. Not only is it Friday, but it’s also the beginning of a four day weekend. As the week slowly progressed, it managed to improve just a little bit everyday. And no matter how much the week improved, considering how it started, I'm just really glad it's not Monday anymore. I would have lost it like I did that night at the bar.

Many times a simple choice can prove to be essential even though it often might appear inconseqnetial. Thursday, March 30, 2006. The Post That is No More. Uh, yeah, so I needed to be reminded that I'm not in Wyoming anymore. So, when MA left me a comment about maybe the post not being such a great idea, I realized while Denver may be a big city, the neighborhood isn't that. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get back to doing absolutely nothing. Posted by Kathryn at 3:39 PM. Wednesday, March 29, 2006.

Explorers Are We: January 2006

Many times a simple choice can prove to be essential even though it often might appear inconseqnetial. Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Home, Sweet Home. Now it’s official. I’m sitting on the couch in my living room, having just watched. And eaten a not so healthy meal of mac and cheese, tater tots and carrots (don’t worry Dad, I had garlic chicken, rice, and green beans last night), enjoying my new internet connection, soaking in the reality that is adulthood. I made it, folks, and it feels great. I spent yes...
