Lazy weekend so I decided to stay in and act like a jerk. 1 small filet grouper, tilapia, snapper or whatever you fancy. 2 small flour tortillas. 1 tsp of store bought jerk spice (told you I was lazy) or more depending on your spice level. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup dice tomato. 1/3 cup dice red onion. Juice of half lime. Around a cup of green cabbage. 1 tbsp olive oil. Have a beer with it.

I would say it has the perfect combination of sweet and some tartness, very refreshing. Menu is basically local flare with some twists. I had the fish fritters and fish sandwich. Service is friendly. Pirate Cuisine- Caribbean Cooking. Oh well the weekend is over, it was a fast one, pity. There is still some time to nibble on some fish fritters. 1 filet of snapper or grouper cut in 1 1/2 inch strips. Salt/pepper. garlic powder. Juice of one small lime and it’s zest.
