Friday morning came and everyone was up early and ready to go at 8am. We got to a little cafe and had breaky before heading straight back to the kitchen for more cooking. To give everyone an idea of the scale of food the menu is below with the number of items in brackets, each and every item hand prepared from fresh including the tarts.
