World with my thoughts. Reflection of my soul. Laat een reactie achter. Waarom nog een half jaar wachten als dit het moment is waarop ik gemotiveerd en geïnspiree. Daarnaast ben ik dus lui. Sinds kort doe ik vaak boodschappen op de fiets, maar dat is nog geen kilometer fiet. Daarnaast ziet het huis er rommelig uit als overal stapeltjes liggen met spullen die nog verplaatst moeten worden. Maar hoe geniet ik van het leven? Concreet betekend dat dus:. 8211; Gezonder gaan eten. 8211; Actiever gaan leven.

World with my thoughts. Reflection of my soul. Na vanavond is mij dus pijnlijk duidelijk geworden dat ik nog altijd hard voor mezelf ben en naar perfectie streef. En op zich is dat streven niet zo erg, maar het is wel erg dat ik er zo ver in door ga en het zoveel effect op mij heeft. Ik moet dus echt nog steeds een manier vinden om hier vanaf te komen. En nu?
