Thursday, April 12, 2012. I am sooooo excited! I can hardly contain it! Wayne is headed down to Salt Lake in the morning to pick up our new camper. We got word about a week ago that it was done and had been picked up from the factory from a transport company. Once it got to SLC the salesman was kind enough to send us some pictures. Monday, October 22, 2012. Ilda, this one's for you! This is my mom's recipe for Creamed Peas and Potatoes, but since Wayne doesn't like peas, I modified to stuff he does like! Here's what you'll need:. Onion (chopped or you can use dried). 1 can Evaporated Milk. 1 can corn (do not drain). Flour or Corn Starch. Put desired amounts of potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in pot. Cover with water. When potatoes are tender, add entire can of evaporated milk. DO NOT drain any water. Friday, June 10, 2011. The stork came again! The stork came again yesterday bringing me a brand new baby girl! She was born on Monday and weighed in at 7lbs 1oz. I picked her up straight from the hospital. She is adorable. She has a head full of dark hair. I think she has more than Wayne! I will try to get some pictures of her hair up soon. Thursday, August 18, 2011. Last Sunday, we got a call from the department again. We took in a 10 month old boy. He is a fun, happy-go-lucky boy. His smile lights up the room and is contagious. We find ourselves all smiling. He is such a joy to have. Wayne and the kids rode motorcycles and shot guns, while little guy and I hung out at the camper. Wednesday, December 28, 2011. We got a "new to us" washer last night. Now, I can finally get caught back up on laundry. We got a great deal on it and it's a front loading! We took the kids south of town on Monday to shoot their new guns. They loved it! Wayne and I had fun too. Wayne got me a .22 pistol for Christmas too. Now everyone has their own to shoot. Every year we have the kids buy a gift for each other. You can tell Jake did good! Ellie couldn't go wrong getting Jake a nerf gun! And Jake got a 22.

Saturday, October 19, 2013. We got out Halloween stuff tonight. In the costumes box is my old lab coat. I put it on and told the girls "Mom used to wear this to work everyday". Their eyes got wide because of course they have never imagined me as anything but Mom. Me: Yep, I worked at a hospital, I'm a dietitian (in case you forgot).
