http://luttersblog.blogspot.com/2014/01/england-test-cricket.html
Ramblings of a sports fan maths teacher, who knows a bit about Moodle and sports journalism. Friday, 17 January 2014. The positives from the series are:. Michael Carberry has shown that he has some fight, which is more than can be said for most. Not entirely convinced by him as an international cricketer, but he got stuck in. Ben Stokes has shown some fire and talent - a rarity. The negatives/those who should never grace the field again in an England shirt (unless it's from the club shop and lunchtime):.

Ramblings of a sports fan maths teacher, who knows a bit about Moodle and sports journalism. Wednesday, 29 August 2012. A sad day for England cricket, but an inevitable one unfortunately. Andrew Strauss retired from professional cricket today citing a lack of form for his decision. And this is fair enough in my view. Strauss has not scored many runs in the last 12 months, and a team cannot stay at the top level based upon sentiment. Thank you Andrew Strauss - you are a true England cricket legend. In my ...

Ramblings of a sports fan maths teacher, who knows a bit about Moodle and sports journalism. Sunday, 29 April 2012. Hodgson for England Manager. I've been saying it for months: http:/ www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/. A far better appointment than Redknapp would have been for two reason:. 1 The England manager has to work with English players - you can't sign passports Harry, unless it's an autograph. 2 Hodgson has a great reputation as a footballing turd polisher, which is essentially the England manager's job.

Ramblings of a sports fan maths teacher, who knows a bit about Moodle and sports journalism. Thursday, 11 July 2013. The Ashes Has Begun! The media build up has made The Ashes seem the biggest cricketing event for decades. Some cricket commentators have suggested that England will win "10-nil". Why did the Australians waste the air fares? The captains are interesting to compare as well - Clarke is inventive and will outshine England's Alastair Cook who has a plan A and leaves the rest of the alphabet red...
