Het schip de jente wr. 21 is een moderne euro-kotter. Met een vol-automatische verwerkingslijn die het mogelijk maakt de Noordzee-Garnalen te vangen en te verwerken aan boord van het schip. Deze Noordzee-Garnalen worden elke 48-uur gelost en machinaal gepeld in Lauwersoog door Heiploeg. Tevens hebben wij hygiëne zeer hoog in het vaandel staan en werken dan ook met een hygiëne-code en haccp. We zijn dan ook trots op ons behaalde iso. Ook zijn wij bezig om een msc-label.
