Annual celebration of the Gold Rush days in Wrangell on the Stikine River. Contests, Tent City theatrical performances, fashion shows, fancy dress ball and closest to the Pin Annual Muskeg Meadows Golf Tournament. STIKINE RIVER BIRDING FESTIVAL. Golf Tournaments take place every weekend from May through September. Driving range is open also.

The Wrangell Museum is located in the James and Elsie Nolan Center. The museum offers an historical interpretive walk through Wrangell's colorful history. Exhibits feature everything from natural environment to Native Culture, fur trade, gold rush, military presence and much more. The museum storage area is also available for viewing through a window in the back of the main gallery. A gift shop is also attached to the gallery with many local handmade items, books and other gift items.
