During the month of August, we will focus on bodyweight workouts as we introduce some of the basic lifts we will be doing as we move forward. We will be teaching some basic Olympic lifting techniques that we will later incorporate into our daily WODs. WOD: For Time –. 20 Knees to Elbows. 20 Hang Squat Cleans (dumbells).
