Thursday, October 24, 2013. I Think I'm Infected but Not in a Good Way. BLACKOUT by Robison Wells reminds me of this old joke. There are two dyslexics working in a kitchen. One says, "Can you smell gas? And the other says, "I can't even smell my own name." (Remember, it's just a witticism, a spoonerism, if you will. Not necessarily derogatory.). So, because I'm old, I don't have "that" virus. Whew! Something's infected me, though. I hope it can be treated.). That's how I spell it. Time for All Eternity.

So tonight we were almost home and this lady who jogs in the evening around the neighborhood with her husband riding bike by her side came right over to Asia to give the greyhound some attention and to get some. That never happens to me. In my entire lifetime, I don't think it's ever happened. It probably never happens to that guy on the bike either. Is there any wonder why I am writing about her?
