It is important for Wren Members to be sure that their contractual liabilities to their clients fall within the scope of their cover. Standard forms of appointment issued by a professional association registered in the UK (e.g. RIBA, ACA, ACE) are covered automatically by Wren. However, many clients require their consultants to sign bespoke appointments which often contain more onerous liabilities than those standard forms.
