Myself When I Am Real. Thursday, September 18, 2014. It's funny. When you are trying to be intentional about life, it becomes very difficult. I think I'm better at spontaneous adventures! For September, I once again tried to parasail with my best bud Misty, but once again, the weather decided to foil our plans. Thursday, November 18, 2010. A while back I had bought some old fashioned oats by accident instead of the quick cooking kind. I didn't know what to make with them so I searched the i nternet. And found this recipe for granola. It's really easy to make and the house smell good when it's baking! I don't eat cereal and am not a big fan of peanut butter but Brian loves it. One year ago today we left the house at 6:15am and headed to the hospital with hopes of meeting our new little bundle of joy. What a day that was! Although he didn't make all of that mess by himself.his Dad had a hand in it too! I had to give him a bath before we could open the presents! Saturday, October 9, 2010. Last weekend we were up at Kingsway. I try to tell myself it was mud and nothing else :) Zachary also got his face painted. It was the first time he's had it done and he was excited. Mary usually does a harvest scene with an animal on it. She asked Zachary if he wanted a cat, bat, spider or rabbit. The boys jumped around in excitement and when he plugged the lights in they oohed and awed! We don't have a great big Christmas tree with lots of beautiful ornaments to put on it.
