Friday, June 13, 2014. Cameron is following Avery's footsteps and becoming obsessed with horses. She was about his age when she was in love with them. Gradually, she realized we'd probably never have a horse and she shifted over to dogs. Well, we already have a dog, so Cameron doesn't need to shift to that. And we got chickens. He told me that if we get a horse we can be farmers! As we started reading some of the many horse books he checked out from the library this week, he said, "Can I please.

Saturday, May 2, 2015. Kelton turned 8 shortly after we moved to Moab. Avery decorated a BYU cake for him. He got baptized on March 28th. It's different doing baptisms in Moab. They have so many fewer members that they don't do stake baptisms. You just choose your date and you are in charge of everything - even filling the font. Friday, May 9, 2014. We're back in the chicken club again! We decided to get 4 chicks. We let the kids each choose a kind from the 2 local farm stores' selection. And, of course, Chad wanted to choose one too. 4 kids 1 dad = 8 chicks. Somehow that math doesn't seem correct to me, but that is what we ended up walking away with! Thursday, July 17, 2014. Our first stop was Dillon Reservoir and the town of Frisco. We started at Dillon and learned our first lesson - make sure to check what's going on the weekend you're going up. This was the inaugural Frisco Triathalon so a lot of the roads were closed off to cars so that the cyclists could make their trek.
