I also have a tough admission for a Scotsman…the way the English do their pancakes is way better than the Scottish / American drop-scone pancakes. Not that they are bad…just the crepe-inspired pancakes are just superior! So this past week I enjoyed a double helping of pancakes because Pancake Tuesday is just not enough!
