Celine Johanson: August 2012
http://celinejohanson.blogspot.com/2012_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, 11 August 2012. So Many Ideas, So Little Time. But, there is also good news! While at work I got a sudden flash of inspiration for a horror short. I haven't written a horror short in years (I wrote two under the pen name Finn Herloce, which you can find here. If interested), but I loved the twist in this one. When I came home I immediately wrote down the outline in Scrivener so I can't forget it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 13,300/40,000 words. View my complete profile.

Celine Johanson: Writing the Old-Fashioned Way
http://celinejohanson.blogspot.com/2013/10/writing-old-fashioned-way.html
Wednesday, 16 October 2013. Writing the Old-Fashioned Way. So I decided to try if writing the old-fashioned way would help. It's slower, but it's more portable and won't force me to spend even more time on a computer than I already do on a daily basis. So, I'm now writing in a note book with fountain pen. So far it's been great. I managed to write almost 700 words today, after not having written anything in over a month. I call that progress! The first draft of Dragonslayer. I hope to see you again soon.

Celine Johanson: Camp NaNoWriMo
http://celinejohanson.blogspot.com/2012/05/camp-nanowrimo.html
Friday, 11 May 2012. To continue my writing throughout the month of June, I'm going to participate in Camp NaNoWriMo. For those of you not familiar with the abbreviation: National Novel Writing Month). In about 20 days thousands of people will try to reach one goal: to write a 50,000 word novel in the month of June. I'll probably be working on Dragonslayer during NaNoWriMo, unless I manage to finish it before then. Wishful thinking! 12 May 2012 at 06:40. Good luck with Dragonslayer! 14 May 2012 at 02:57.

Celine Johanson: #Nanowrimo 2013 Plans
http://celinejohanson.blogspot.com/2013/10/nanowrimo-2013-plans.html
Sunday, 20 October 2013. I've decided to join the madness that's Nanowrimo - National Novel Writing Month! Instead of the 50K goal that's usual for Nano's I'm going to write a children's book. Since a children's book isn't supposed to be that long my goal will be between 15 and 20K, basically just until the story is finished. I don't want to add word fat just to reach a 50K goal, I want to get out of this month with a complete manuscript. I decided not to write Dragonslayer. 13,300/40,000 words.
