Tips and ideas for telling your story. Tuesday, May 20, 2008. I don't admit this very often, but there are times when I sit in business meetings and I haven't a clue what people are talking about. The jargon is flying, acronyms are bandied about, and well, frankly, it all just starts to get piled on a little too thickly. If you know what I mean. I recently came across a great book, Why Business People Speak Like Idiots. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Subscribe To Muse Flash Seattle.

Ignite Seattle - nldaniels. Thursday evening. It was amazing! I walked away feeling enlightened, energized and inspired. A couple of the speakers had projects I would love to participate in, particularly Peer Wisdom. One of the speakers, did a great job of discussing the different styles the participating speakers used to deal 20 slides in 5 minutes. I think my favorite was Jordan's talk on bee keeping, wow! 2007-04-07 08:41 pm (UTC). 2007-04-07 09:30 pm (UTC). 2007-04-10 03:54 pm (UTC).

Tips and ideas for telling your story. Monday, September 15, 2008. There's a common saying in print shops all over the country: "Time, quality, and cost: pick any two."
