I believe natural fiber is good. I replaced a meal last night with a monster veggie smoothie. The idea was to try a one meal juice fast. You know me, I set lofty goals. Sunday, December 1, 2013. WOD 1 minute on, 1 minute off. Today I decided to mix it up a bit. Time can really drag during a 30 minute rowing piece, and row-butt is nearly guaranteed. Using different intervals and setting goals helps. I also decided not to listen to an audio book this time, chosing to let my mind relax and focus on technique. The rowing WOD is as follows: 30 minutes on the Concept 2 rowing machine, 1 minute easy (60 percent preceived effort), then 1 minute hard (80 to 90 precent PE).
