Rick Bylina: Interesting Story
http://rickbylina.blogspot.com/2013/05/interesting-story.html
The only rule: writers write! Everything else is a guideline. Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The theme of good versus evil sits on top of the question, 'What would you do for love? Stephen Douglass's book, The Bridge toCaracas. Is a heavily plotted story within the murky world of the oil and gas industry that he seems familiar with. It takes place in the 1960s through the 1970s, and centers on how Jim Servito steals boatloads of money from the industry and screws everyone who gets in his way. A Matter of Faith.

Thursday, September 30, 2010. Cogito, ergo sum- I think, therefore I am. Although Latin wasn´t my favorite language at school, I had to think of this quote today. Sometimes I have the feeling that some people don´t like to reflect because this process could be too much work for their brains, could be too exhausting. For others it is a worthless brain-process because they are told by others what to do in any situation - so no need for them to think . But where is autonomy? What about self responsibility?

Specifically, my garage, lit only by my weak flashlight and my daughter’s weaker (but blingier) Hannah Montana flashlight. Problem: how to disconnect a garage door opener, exactly? So I can escape my house and go get a desperately needed cup of coffee at Starbucks? I have already begun to solve this problem by rummaging through an entire kitchen drawer full of appliance manuals (an entire drawer! Me: God bless yo...
