Halloweensie! Zombie Mommy | Thoughts on writing for children
https://writingtoconnect.wordpress.com/2016/10/31/halloweensie-zombie-mommy
Thoughts on writing for children. Posted by Gabi Snyder. Asymp; 26 Comments. In the midnight hour, I decided to post a second Halloweensie story! This one comes in at exactly 100 words. Every Halloween, Violet’s mom went all-out spooky. Nice zombie costume, Mom. Barg, said Zombie Mommy, devouring raw hamburger. I’ll make my own dinner, said Violet. Under a harvest moon. Zombie Mommy followed Violet trick-or-treating. Your mom looks ghostly. Mom, you need help! Dr Goodbody’s diagnosis: See a psychologist.

Thoughts on writing for children. Posted by Gabi Snyder. Asymp; 3 Comments. This is my second year participating in Julie Hedlund’s Anti-Resolution Revolution (http:/ www.juliehedlund.com/2017-anti-resolution-revolution/). Julie’s approach celebrating successes from the previous year and using them as a base to build upon feels more hopeful and productive than writing your typical New Year’s resolutions (. I grew up in Northern Illinois smack in the middle of gorgeous farmland and lush forests. The town moved at a slow pace. Summers were hot and humid (still are). Growing up, my sister and I wandered all over the walking trails our Mom meticulously maintained. Our imaginations allowed us to climb on the backs of great, fallen oaks in our forest co-captains of our sturdy (not so sea-worthy) vessel. As a young child, my favorite book was. When the Beezles Got the Measles. By Arthur Beckerman. I. It takes a f...

October 28, 2016.
