Go for three 20-minute brisk walks or do 3 cardio. Sessions, preferably first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Eliminate sugar this week. Eat breakfast as early as possible. Drink four 500 ml bottles of water daily. Look back on a time in your life when you were really happy. What was going on?
