I had the chance last year to attend a movie screening at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, and then to take a tour of the studios and archives this February. Both savory and sweet, everyone can probably find something here they would want to try. These are walk-up kiosks and there is really very little seating behind the motel office. Several months ago, while walking through the Disneyland Hotel area, I noticed that there was a new eatery between the two pools. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Candy Palace and Penny Arcade Refurb. With the refurbishment of the 400 block of Main Street, that included the Candy Palace and the Penny Arcade. If you have ever tried to stop and grab a caramel apple or peanut clusters before you left the park, you know that it is always crowded and difficult to maneuver around the penny presses and gobs of fellow caramel apple lovers. Sunday, November 1, 2009. Haunted Mansion Holiday - Outside. The Haunted Mansion Holiday is a fun addition to Disneyland's Halloween Time. Here I have some pictures of the outside of the mansion in it's holiday decor, thanks to Jack Skellington and his band of merry halloweeners. I added some night time shots too. they really don't do it justice, but it was the best I could do with my little Canon. Jack Skellington and Sally. Candy Corn Acres at DCA. Sunday, January 10, 2010. Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln Returns. One of my all-time favorite Disneyland attractions is back! We both love Abraham Lincoln and it is tradition for us to get our picture with him and then watch the show. This is the new photo that hangs in the lobby. The model of the U.S. Capitol is still on display. This is the screen that shows the preparation that went into making the animatronic Lincoln. You can see it in the video I linked below. Here is the 1964 World's Fair Version.

Sunday, June 12, 2011. The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure Ride. On May 31, 2011, Disney's California Adventure Park had a ride preview of The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure. It was only for Annual Pass Holders and you had to show your pass in order to ride. They also had limited edition ride pins just for AP holders also. Here are some pictures from the ride and at the end is a video that was posted online and I thought is was a fantastic video of the ride! Kiss the girl already!

Sunday, July 8, 2012. Cars Land and Buena Vista Street Overview. At the new entrance to Disney's California Adventure (henceforth referred to as DCA) you get a Buena Vista Bugler. Named after the new main street into DCA called Buena Vista Street. You can see it behind Mr. Diva. Doesn't it look great?
