It is called "Calories Don't Count If.," and we are writing a book so we'll be famous one day. Go check it out! Calories Don't Co...

Monday, March 8, 2010. OH MY GOD IT'S KATES WTH. Can you say "revival"? Or how about "neglect"? OKAY so moving on to topics of real importance - I wanted to start off the rebirth of my blog with an entry about something that I have come to love over the past few months: salsa dancing. Any salsa fans out there?

Monday, March 8, 2010. Twas the Semester before Graduation. Twas the semester before graduation, and all through the school. Not a senior was studying, not even a fool. The caps and the gowns were all purchased with ease. With hopes that students would finish their studies. I cursed to myself and wished I was sober.

Lula and Leni: Hurricane
http://lulaonlaurel.blogspot.com/2011/09/hurricane.html
Our lovely life on Laurel Street. Saturday, September 10, 2011. Yeah yeah I know the hubbub of the hurricane is way over but I have to share our adventures of that lovely weekend. First of all we were very lucky. No power out. No trees lost. Just a bit of a chimney leak which I had kinda forgotten about from last years rainy summer. PS The Zucchini Bread was awesome :). The damages to our neighborhood was minor. Our walking path was obstructed by a big fallen tree and our playing field became a pond.

Our lovely life on Laurel Street. Thursday, September 8, 2011. Labor Day in DC. My love and I spent Labor Day in our nations capital. We were celebrating a three day weekend and a year of togetherness. It was a truly lovely day of city exploring together. If you can't read the quote it says:. When I came to college I was an adolescent nut.someone like me should not have been accepted at a serious institution. I spent my time growing up and doing enough work to get by.". Lula and Leni: November 2010
http://lulaonlaurel.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Our lovely life on Laurel Street. Tuesday, November 30, 2010. A feast for many from ages 5 to 50-something. My parents grin looking at the spread. Plenty of options for kiddos but mac n' cheese still wins the prize for the best dish! Games were played by all before and after dinner. The table was decorated with a collection of beautiful fragrant things found in the yard courtesy of the kids. And over a fabulous meal and plenty of wine the parents swapped stories. Wednesday, November 24, 2010. With the he...
