Advance admission and drink tickets are available to purchase online via your desktop computer or mobile phone before the festival starts. During Wurstfest, tickets will be on sale at the festival gates, as well as online. No admission ticket is required if you enter the gates before 7 pm on Friday, 11/6 or after 3 pm on Sunday, 11/15. And kids 12 and under are always free!

Masskrugstemmen (literally, beer-stein holding ) is a traditional Bavarian endurance contest during which contestants must hold a one-liter stein of beer in one outstretched arm for as long as possible. The filled stein weighs roughly five pounds and must be kept parallel to the ground at all times. Any spilling leads to immediate disqualification! The person who holds theirs out for the longest time, wins. Who knows what this year will hold?
