Oakland Hall Subdivision Info. If you haven't heard yet, you soon will. There is a planned subdivision called Oakland Hall, that will be located IMMEDIATELY north of Whispering Woods. Some of the highlights as we are aware of:. Lot sizes ranging 1/4 to 1/2 acre. Prices starting possibly at $200,000. Two roads will connect their subdivision to ours. Winter Woods Homeowners Association. Winter Park, Florida. President's Corner (Tom Manor). Become a member today. I hope everyone has a fruitful 2015. We are currently working to keep our sidewalks in good order, maintain our entrance ways, make sure our streets are in good repair and insure that all street lights are functioning properly.
